Is there anybody able to use the RetrieveEntityChanges request via the Web API? Tried it multiple times via the link specified below but returns an 404 everytime.
https://environment.api.crm4.dynamics.com/api/data/v8.2/RetrieveEntityChanges(EntityName=’account’)

I'm using the following request: https://[myorg].crm4.dynamics.com/api/data/v9.0/contacts and it always returns all records, no odata.deltaLink
Header Parameters
Content-Type: application/json
Prefer: odata.track-changes
Cache-Control: no-cache
OData-Version: 4.0

Here is the solution:
Send a request to the web api as usual, but include the track-changes header (see example below)
https://[yourOrganizationName].api.crm4.dynamics.com/api/data/v8.2/accounts
Prefer: odata.track-changes
In the response will be a link that you can call to get the changes that will look like this. This reponse will have a new deltalink included. Simply use the link in each subsequent request to keep track of the changes for that entity.
https://[yourOrganizationName].api.crm4.dynamics.com/api/data/v8.2/accounts?$deltatoken=[this a great deltatoken!]

I am having the same issue
I am trying to get all changes made to contacts entity by using the below.
https://<organisation>.dynamics.com/api/data/v8.2/RetrieveEntityChanges(EntityName=@p1)?@p1='Contacts'
But I am always getting the below error.
Resource not found for the segment 'RetrieveEntityChanges'.
