Hello,
I developed a Business Process Flow and a Workflow for my custom entity Project, and was expecting the workflow to be triggered by stage moves of the BPF. It does.
However in the steps of the workflow, when I tried to get the stage name as a condition, the stage name was the stage before move, not the target stage. How do I get the target stage name (after click the Next/Previous stage) button? The stage name was automatically generated like: Stage Id (Process Stage):Process Stage Name.
Thank you in advance for helping me out.

Thank you Antti,
That is very helpful. I will keep it in mind.

Hi John,
That is wonderful. I created a workflow linked to the Business Process Workflow, and it worked great.
Thank you very much,
Junbin
John pretty much says it and the thread behind the link is very good. Junbin I can see that you use StageId in the workflow so I highly recommend reading this article as well:

Hi Junbin,
I’d recommend creating a workflow that runs against the BPF entity, rather than your custom entity. See my responses to the following post community.dynamics.com/.../262449
Cheers,
John
