I am accessing Customer Source at mbs.microsoft.com/.../home
I am attempting to access some company profile information, however when I select our company profile, my partner's profile, or even attempt to contact Customer Source Operations for support, I am greeted with this page:
Which provides the attached error screen. Of course, I cannot click the single radio button so clicking "Continue" is fruitless.
Does any one have a direct email or phone number for Customer Source Support so I can bypass this error message and talk to them about this issue? Microsoft Support 1-800-936-4900 was unable to assist me.
