Increase form control size

Hello 
I have a form control of datatype notes. which I have included in the tab page. I need to make it wide and tall and for that I am changing the form control properties Width and Width mode which is working fine for Width. But I am doing same for the height and it doesn't work. I am using the properties Height and HeightMode. Any suggestions please?

    I was able to figure out this one myself by playing around with the different combinations of height mode property.

    I think modifying the width and height to manual values isn't the best solution, try to use pattern to your tabpage and field group.
    Hint checks the Description Tab page in the HcmJob form.
