Hi Team,
Just want to understand the email tracking functionality related to "Server side synchronisation", i have created new trail CRM and Exchange accounts.
The crm and exchange are in same offcie account.
I am able to send and receive emails from outlook account without any issues.
When i try to send the email from CRM using same email which is failing to deliver and i am getting the below message.
Generating server: ME2PR01MB3172.ausprd01.prod.outlook.com
