Suddenly all MR users are getting the message "Don't have access to this company". They are all admins. I have tried stopping and starting the MR services. What could be causing this?
This type of message can occur when attempting to log in before the data mart is complete. Check the data mart logs to see if there are any errors preventing it from completing:
1. Log into the MR server as a user who is an Administrator in MR. You can confirm the MR server under Tools -> Connection in Report Designer.
2. Start the Configuration Console.
3. Go to Logs -> Data Mart Integration.
4. Click Refresh.
5. If no errors, wait for the data mart to complete before attempting to log in. If there are errors, correct those and then rebuild the data mart.
