When i filter in AX 2012 i have only one item with product name
But when i export to excel i am getting many records with same product name
Any inputs are highly appreciated.

What do you export to Excel and how?
The screenshot shows a column on the right with different values, so it's clearly not a single record repeated many times. It looks like records from another table related to the same product, therefore the fact that the same product name is shown for each of them looks correct. If you intended to export only a released product, it seems that you exported something else than what you wanted.
