Print Error

Hello All,
 
We are encountering an issue with printer while trying to print documents via GP.
 
Here's a summary of the problem: While doing series posting / bulk sales order trasnfer process sometimes the printer goes with an error and we cannot print report output to pritner. After closing GP and restart only we were able to proceed with further prints from GP.
 
Does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Sometimes, outdated drivers can cause conflicts. You can try reinstalling the printer driver or using a different version.
