Contact's Email from Advanced Find under Opportunity Line Entity and Account

Posted on by 30

Hi!

I have two questions and need your help. =)

1) Advanced Find - Opportunity Line

Can you help me pull out email under Advanced Find for Opportunty Line. I have added the column, "email" under opportunity line, however, this does not yield any email data. Why is that the case and how do I get the email. There is the contact's full name though.

2) Advanced Find - Account

In the account entity when I use Advanced Find, I can see emails and contacts. However, some primary contacts' email don't show up. When I click directly into the primary, I do see the email. Can you help identify why and how do I get a full set of data?

Many thanks,

Jenny

    Hi @Sam

    Thanks for your response!

For the 2nd step, how did you pull up the view in the power app and would you be able to provide bigger screenshots?

My interface is slightly different in the first view, but it looks like that was what I did. The Email column shows but no email populate it.

    Thanks for your help!

As per our understanding, you want to see the email field from advanced find for Opportunity Line and Account entity. For adding any field, you need to click on Edit Columns -> Add columns->select the field-> Close Add Columns window-> Apply then the respective field will get added.

Note: When you refresh the page it will remove the Email Field.

If you want to see the Email field in your Opportunity Line view then you need to follow the below steps.

Select the view -> Edit View -> Search and select the field -> Save and Publish
