I've a Lead child entity of the contact entity which I need information from in my customer journey, both for custom tiles and for some end of journey clean up.
Is there a way to get information from other entities into thiss? I've used the Segement to help a lot with the start of the process, but it doesn't give me what I need during and after the journey?

If you are using custom tile, then you can retrieve child lead of contact via msdyncrm_contact field of custom channel activity entity in the flow you set up for custom channel:
Each custom channel activity record will be associated with its originating customer journey and contact.
