Hi there,
I'm having an issue creating a Production BOM for an Item.
Please see the attached photo. What does this error code mean? All my items and production BOM are denominated in KG....
You're help is greatly appreciated.
Go to the item card of item 100. Check what the item unit of measure is set as. You will have to navigate to a page from the item card to see it. You will see a page action button called item units of measure

In the lines it says:
KG ( in bold)
LBS
PCS
At the bottom it says base units of measure: It is set to KG
Still doesn't work though.

Adding to what Josh wrote... On item 100, you have a Base Unit of Measure and under Item Unit of Measure you have these set. See my pics:
Click Related/Item/Item Unit of Measure
Make sure all your Units of Measure are setup in the Item UOM and try again.
