Downloading datas from Chromebook

Hello,

I am not sure if I am in the good forum but I try ;)

I am using a chromebook with Dynamics Finance and Operations 

And it is impossible for me to download datas from a table on an excel file.

On a window computer when you export all the datas from a table, it automatically launch the downloadinng of the excel files on the computer

On my chromebook, it opens a blank page and nothing is downloaded

Could you help me?
