Unable to see the New Vendor bid invitation for RFQ created from PR

I am testing the Vendor collaboration where I Created RFQ from PR. The RFQ has been sent to the vendor. Now I tried logging in the Vendor user and checked where I coultnt find new bidding invitation in the Vendor bidding workspace.

I also tried creating direct RFQ where the New Bidding invitation is working fine.

Is there any setup to enable vendor bidding in vendor collaboration for RFQ Created from PR??

Hi Aashiq,

Please try to change the expiration date and time in header of the quotations form.

When you create a quotation from a PR, the system default expiration time is the delivery time.So the status of ‘Request for quotation bid’ would be Expired.
