Sales order synchronization

Dear people,

Currenlt I'm attempting to sync Dyanmics 365 sales with Business Central.

I got most of it working except for one thing. When I create a sales order in sales, I need to add it to business central by pressing the "Create in business central" button. I want this to happen automatically.
To achieve this I enable the "automatically create sales order function in the connection settings.

I tried several solutions I found on forums but none of them seem to work. Am I missing something here?
Accounts are already synced automatically so it is specific to the sales orders.

    Hi B Brefeld

Are you able to manually create sales orders from Sales Order 365 page in Business Central without errors?

If you are, make sure to check Job Queue Entries, there should be Auto Create Sales Orders Job that (by default) runs every 30 mins. It invokes exactly the same action as when you manually click Create in Business Central in Sales orders 365 page.

If this Auto Create Sales Orders job is not there, try disabling / enabling Auto Create Sales Orders in Connection Setup page for integration.

For details on execution / issues of the job check Log entries from that page. If there are issues, click Navigate-> Details to is if there are some issues.

After retrying in a test environment it had to do with the products in CRM and Business Central. When a product doesn't exist in both BC and Saled it won't sync automatically but will work manually. After adding some test products the auto syncing started working. I was using Write-in products which caused the issue
