How can open PR for closed to be open if PO is confirmed in D365 F&O

Dears Members

I have a purchase order that has the status of Confirmed, and I made a change request and it turned into a draft, and then I canceled it, but the purchase requisition is still closed. I need to turn it into open again, so how can I do that on the system because I need to make a new purchase order with a different number.

Note:

Am using D365 F&O

Installed product version : 10.0.24 (10.0.1084.80)

Installed platform version : Update48 (7.0.6253.76)
