We have business requirement as below,
CRM D365 on-premise(v9) customer engagement will be the central database for 3 portals(Web portal not CRM portals) and Mobile App.Also Few internal users will be there to access CRM via call, email etc.
And there will real time integration with payment gateway and other two applications(for accessing information on real time).
The customer registration , complaint creation and update of customer details and complaints will be done in MS CRM via various portals,Mobile app etc. There will be millions of customers will be accessible to MS CRM for customer details and their complaint details.
So is it advisable to have direct accessing CRM from all other applications including Mobile? Or there will be a separate parallel database for customer details and complaint details so that all other applications will accessed?
If we allow all applications to access CRM Database then what will be the Server hardware configuration?
Also let me know ,if there is any tool to have such integrations with MS CRM D365 on-premise.
Your experience advice and suggestions are highly appreciated.
