Column headers not appearing on each page in-spite of setting so in the tablix property

Hi,

I have an SSRS report body with two tablixes placed on below the other.

The first one always has only one record, the second table may span trough multiple pages with multiple records.

I went to the tablix property of the second table and checked the "Repeat header columns on each page" option, yet the report does not display column headers on each page.
