Activex component can't create image (run error 429

I was installing a new Epson tm t88v and a cognitive bar code labeler and suddenly I start getting activex component can't create image run error 429. now I can't open either pos or manager. any suggestions?

Run a repair of RMS in Add/Remove or Programs and Features
