How to choose entities form in automatic record creation

Hi, 

In my CRM I use different forms for my cases. I created a mailbox and a rules with. But i want to choose different form depending of the kind of case : https://crmbook.powerobjects.com/basics/service-management-overview/cases/automatic-case-creation/ => "Specify Record Creation and Update Details ".

"Under Actions choose the type of record to create. For our example, we will choose to create a Case record and Set Properties to pre-populate any of the fields for the case record. "

Ok for me. How i can choose the case's form I want in Set Properties if I have 2 or more different forms for my case ?

    Tristan,

    When user has an access to several forms for the same entity the last one form user chosen during work with record is saved and becomes "active". I believe "active" is not the correct naming. Basically it is "last used" form.

    You can't choose form. The form that is active at the moment for your user will be shown.
