While using CRM Dynamics 365 with IE or Chrome, when we click on a phone number to dial thru Skype it opens a new tab. We are wanting to capture notes on the call so we have processes in place that pop up a new note on the record in the communication panel but because the new tab is opening, users have to close the extra tab to even see where to enter notes. How can we prevent this tab from being opened on Click2Calls?
