RE: Sandbox Instance Disappeared when trying to restore from back-up
Been having troubles with our sandbox and prod instances since Saturday, with instances disappearing, restorations and resets not completing... Our prod instance came back this morning but the Sandbox was still in a pending state and unusable. I entered tickets for both, and got back word that Production was back up (Are you still seeing issues? No? Closing ticket.) and am waiting for them to reset the sandbox instance from the back end.
I asked if they could give me a reason and got back "This may have been related to some service interruptions that we had on Thursday, Friday and Saturday."
If there were any interruptions, they haven't been listed on the Service Health Page on the admin portal. I'd really like to know the cause behind this, and if it's been fixed or I should be prepared for more outages.
