Hi guys
I am trying to set up advances in payroll using the Employee Pay Code Maintenance window but the field "Advance Amount" does not show on this window. How do I get to make GP display this field. On my Fabrikam on Dynamics GP it shows and on another Fabrikam on another server, the field does not show. Is there a set up that makes it show or not show?
Please help.

Hi,
Payroll pay code advances are only for "Salary" pay code pay types. Look at your pay type and make sure it is Salary and then it will be available.
