We have modified the Check Remittance report via Report Writer in GP2013, and we can see the modified report in Report Writer. However, we are unable to test printing and set it as the default because it's not showing in the Alternate/Modified Forms and Reports window. Is there a step we are missing to deploy this report? Your help will be much appreciated.

I seem to remember instances where Clicking on the Modify from within GP caused this kind of behavior. The solution was to open Tools > Customize > Report Writer and insert the report manually and make the changes. You might be able to export your changes and import them, but I seem to remember the fix relied on inserting the report in the reporting tool.

If the user who modified the feport is not the same as the one granting security. It is possible the two user profiles on the Citrix server are pointing to different Reports.dic files. Check the dynamics.set files in the GP install directory on both user profilles and make sure they are pointing to the same reports.dic file.
We are in a Citrix environment and do not use the GP Portal.
Also, I see the option to Publish on the Admin navigation list but I don't want to mess something up by selecting the wrong destination option.
