Error changing journal Account Type field

I am getting an error this morning in all journals - anyone else getting this?

    Issue was a licensing issue with an extension. Thank you fro the reply.

    It doesn't look like a standard one (atleast I have never come across this)

    Do you know if you have any integration/customizations around this area?
