Is it possible to set up lead scoring models only based on system actions, such as "member in a segment" or "participated in a specific Customer Journey"....etc.
The reason i am asking is we usually create leads based on the metadata the system gives us, not the actions taken by the customer (such as clicks, or open etc.).
It would be very useful to be able to score a lead based on the specific segment it belongs to, since we usually work with diffrent urgency in the diffrent segments (some are large customers and should be handled first, other are smaller and isnt as urgent).
When i look through the Entity options they are all somehow connected to a customer interaction, and i am wondering if there is a way around that?

Hi Anna West,
There is no 1: N relationship between contacts and segments, so you cannot find corresponding entities, and you can establish a relationship between them first.
