    Hi Maureen,

    Check the user( Initiating User: 6cfeae5f-cfa5-4756-a436-9608c95a9728) having sufficient access of salesorder entity. If you have any role based  forms also check if user assigned security role having access in the forms.

    Also check with System Administrator role whether salesorder With Id = b37e4a0c-8e54-e911-a96e-000d3ab6d727 is exists in the  system.

    This message "salesorder With Id = b37e4a0c-8e54-e911-a96e-000d3ab6d727 Does Not Exist" clearly states that the record does not exist. Could you please check if you are accessing the correct CRM instance for this ? if so the record is deleted it looks like.

    Would you please let us know when are you getting this error? i.e on what event/trigger.

    two cases.

    1. are you getting this error using an administrator rol because it complains regarding insufficient permission.

    2. if you are getting this error in the plugin ( which i think is the case) - you retrieving and doing operation on that sales order even before it is created in the database. hence you get error that sales order with id doesnt exist ( remember that id is temporary).

    If above doesnt give you a hint of what to do. you can post your code here.
