I have a question about TEXTENCODING::UTF8.
I created a txt file with TEXTENCODING::UTF8. But notepad converted that file to ANSI.
If I put in that file character as 'Đ' it is UTF8, but I don't have a special character and I strictly need UTF-8.
How can I solve this?
