4 weeks ago MSFT installed the TESA solution on our PSA. Since then we've had issues with time entries. I've managed to resolve the TESA form issue by disabling the form and arranging form order. But in the last few days another issue has arisen: when I (or anyone else) creates a new time entry from the quick create form, we select the time entry date and add all the details. When this entry is saved it shows up in the grid as the previous day of the entry. I think it must have something to do with a calendar and possible time zones? Anyone else had this problem and know of a solution?
Hi Partner
This seems to be known issue, as a workaround you can use the read-only grid wherein it shows the correct time.
Microsoft team will be working internally to fix this issue, to get additional details on this you can create a service request with Microsoft team. Alternatively you can use read-only grid as a workaround
