How to show Vacation/Holidays on the Schedule Board Weekly View.

Posted on by 15

Hi community,

Does anyone know if is possible to show vacay/holidays in the Weekly view on Schedule Board? And how it works? OOTB only shows as gray out and on the daily view.

Weekly View:

    Hi,

As far as I know, it only impacts the Hourly View (not Daily, Weekly, or Monthly). So, if you make changes in the settings for colors (image below), they will only impact the Hourly View. The others would show non-working days and time off and holidays all in gray (obviously it is not hard to deduce some of these). There are some updates coming this year but not aware of what changes they will bring.

Now, you could still customize the Schedule Board to display more info inside the card of the booking to display ‘what’ is that booking for.
