Purchase Order (archive) Report

ReportReport

Hello All,

Please can someone advise how I can get the Purchase Order archive print report option to show the Order date?

Is this available by standard or I need to customize on BC? If it is available by BC standard, please direct me there and if it's customization, please guide me.

Or is there any option of using Jet report?

Hi, You can try the following two ways, the second requires development.

Create and Modify Custom Report Layouts

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/ui-how-create-custom-report-layout

New Features for Dynamics 365 Business Central 2021 release wave 1 (BC18): Report extensibility (ReportExtension Object)

    Hope this helps as well.

    Thanks.

That's what I am Saying, you can create a report extension to add that field in layout.

If you don't know about it join us in next #bcopendiscussion and we can discuss it there.

I have printed this as a pdf file but the Order date is still not being captured on the PO archived report.

    Hi Jimi,

If you are asking how, you can run the report than that in the page.

    Hi Jimi,

You can set report in Report Selection - Purchase.

Standard microsoft uses report 416 as Purchase Order Archive.

If you are using business central, you can create a report extension to include Order Date in report. This will be preferred way.

You can do it using Jet Reports but that will be a complete customization.
