i restore back up and import organization and the main top menu is completely hiding!!!!
the item just show under mouse hover
Have you tried other browsers? Sounds like that or your color or theme in customize settings.
If it is the same in all browsers and the colors / themes are all default, check your site map..
User the SiteMap editor to check if the main menu is hidden by default.. https://github.com/MscrmTools/XrmToolBox
