I'm using NAV 2013 version, and I need some help.
I have 2 questions as below
1. I need to know how many a material is used for the serving menu (or WIP)
Example :
- Raw Material = Banana
- Serving menu = 1. Banana Cake >> need Banana 150 gr
2. Banana Split >> need Banana 75gr
3. WIP Fried Banana >> need Banana 50 gr
Is there any report in the NAV 2013 that could give me information like this :
Banana - Banana Cake 150gr
Banana - Banana Split 75gr
Banana - WIP Friend Banana 50 gr
etc
2. I need a report which show what BOM of every serving menu to the smallest component, breakdown every assembled BOM inside
Example :
- Fried Rice >> WIP - White Rice 100 gr >> Rice 50 gr
>> Water 50ml
>>Soy Sauce 5 ml
>> Salt 5gr
Is there any report that could give me information like :
- Friend Rice >> Rice 50gr
>> Water 50ml
>> Soy Sauce 5 ml
>> Salt 5 gr
The purpose is, if there is any variance when I do Stock Opname, I will spread the variance amount of the raw material to the Serving Menu that contains the material, so I will know how much % the overused of the raw material for every Serving Menu

Any response for these questions would be appreciated.
