Cant enable Reports tile in CRM UI for user role

Hello all!

Running into an issue to where I can't seem to figure out what drives the Report Tile to be seen for a security role:

Ive gone to the custom security role >> core records and made the Report Entity circles full on each permisson...it still doesnt show. 

I feel like I'm missing something small, but any help would be appreciated

    Do you want to add a report to your site map?

    Can you add it by editing the site map?

    I ended up figuring out that this application had a Site Map and there were 2 privilegies needed that were set on my Reports tile. Its an application ive never developed on, but looks like there was another dependency on another entity I was missing to see that Reports.
