MS keeps asking signin

Microsoft keeps asking the particular user to sign it repeatedly. But it doesn't happen all the time. We have already performed the initial troubleshooting steps, including clearing the browser cache, tested in incognito and ensured to close all the other tabs closed while attempting sign in, still issue persists.

not sure this is related to Dynamics application but check below things  :
    • Sign out of all at: https://login.microsoftonline.com -> close browser -> sign in again
    • Third‑party cookies blocked
      • -> Enable cookies or allow:
      • login.microsoftonline.com, microsoft.com, office.com.
    • Browser extensions might blocking authentication so  disable all extensions temporarily.
    • Create a new Edge profile and test.
    • System time incorrect , Ensure “Set time automatically” is ON.

Yes, I tried creating a new Chrome profile. The issue does not appear for a day, but it comes back the next day. Creating a new profile resolves the issue temporarily, but I need to create a new profile every day

Since creating a new Chrome profile only fixes the issue temporarily, it means something in the user profile is getting reset or corrupted again the next day. Please try the following additional isolations:
If Chrome Sync is ON, it will re‑apply the same extensions, cookies, and site settings each day. go to  chrome://settings/syncSetup and temporarly turn off syncing for extensions  and settings. then signout and signin agian.
Clear browser cache  chrome://settings/siteData ,  Delete all entries for:
    login.microsoftonline.com
    login.live.com
    office.com
    microsoft.com
    msauth.net and  Restart Chrome
Also , If this is a work device, Chrome may receive policies that cause sign‑in loops so you need to check with your IT team for that.
