One user has double spacing when creating an email (+email in activity on contact)

I have searched for the answer and have the work around that uses Shift+Enter to remove the double spacing.

But as it only effects one user and is not global I believe there is a setting somewhere that has been set.

Does anyone know the answer?

    Hi There,

    This may vary with browser types and i doubt if it is to do with some user settings.

    you can try to do some IE settings such as adding the URL to compatibility mode etc and see if that works.
