Restriction records not deleted after approval for changing the vendor name

Dear Members,
 
 Hii, I'm facing some issues in vendor name changing approval. Here i approved the restricted records for changing the vendor name in requests to approve page but in restricted records it won't be deleted and didn't allow me to post the purchase order for the particular vendor in BC. Kindly share your opinion to help me as soon as possible.

    The approval workflow is probably missing something. If you post screenshots of your workflow we can see what's missing.
