Customer Journeys Custom Views

Hello,

My customer wants to add columns in his Contacts views with:

- the name of the last customer journey sent to the contact

- the status of the last customer journey sent to the contact

How do I get this information?

    I think that we need to use Java script. We can not set the default settings. we need to customize.

    Hi @Fa,

    Have a look at this great article from Megan Walker. It shows you what you need to do.  https://meganvwalker.com/accessing-dynamics-marketing-data-to-update-cds-data/.

    You are right that you need customisations. You will need to 

    • create Azure Blob Storage to access your Dynamics 365 Marketing data;
    • Create a Power Automate flow to access that data, then use that to
    • Update your contact records in Dataverse respectively.
