Why is work item on purchase order workflow assigned to the same user even if I change the assignment setting on properties for the step in workflow editor app?
I wanted to assign work item to multiple users and then I set several users as selected users from available users in properties for the step in workflow editor app.
But always the work item on the step was assigned to same user per the workflow history for the purchase order workflow.
How can I assign the work item to other users?
Basically I created a purchase order workflow according to https://www.cloudfronts.com/how-to-create-and-apply-workflow-for-purchase-order-in-d365-finance-and-operations.

Are you setting the workflow to multiple users based on a time limit as per the link you shared? It will be great if you could share the workflow configuration.
Did you activate the workflow and create the new purchase order after workflow activation?
It seems you have setup single level approval hierarchy in your workflow. Did you configured multi-level approval hierarchy in you PO workflow?
Can you share screenshots of the current configuration? Are you sure you activated the new version with multi approvers?
