I have invoices automatically entered into GP from one of our registration websites. Every now and then, an invoice gets entered under the wrong customer. Is there an easy way to move the invoice from the incorrect customer to the correct customer without having to void/return the invoice and recreating it under the correct customer?

Hi Holtan,

You know you can copy an invoice from one customer to another customer. You still have to void the bad one, but it makes reentering the new one much easier.

In such a case, I would actually find out the root-cause of the problem, whether it a caused cause of incorrect data entry or improper integration, and try to put an end to it.

There is no way to switch incorrect invoices from one customer to another, the way to correct them is just as you mentioned above.
