Hello,
If anyone has experience with Dynamics Connector inside the NAV ,please could you answer the following:
- If NAV Sales Order is deleted in NAV the connector cancel or do not cancel the coupled CRM Order? if it does not cancel it, how can we overcome this ?
- Payment Terms is not synced anymore? It is used to be synced through ""
- We cannot map custom lookup fields ?
- If CRM and NAV has data before installing the Dynamics Connector ,how can we couple data other than one to one option.
- Does the Dynamics Connector read the prices of the item respecting customer, currency, quantity? or it still maps only the unit price ?
