GP 9.0 Smartlist Qerry for Project Accounting

Hello:

I want to be able to get an excel report out of Smartlist on just Miscellaneous log & purchase/ materials for a project. How do I create a smartlist under PA project? Or how do I do a PA line-items in Smartlist? It will be similar to T&M billing inquiry window in GP. Or is there any one that I need to look at? Thanks in advance for your assistant.
