Alert for HR Probation period D365FO

Hi,

I want to create an alert for Probation period Date 2 weeks before the date end and the notification will be sent based on position report to it's a stander  HR, is there anyway to create it or it need to be customize and how ?..

    yes I check it and you must choose the user to receive the notification not based on "position report to"

    Hi Ahmad,

    The OOB alert feature does not support sending the alert email based on the hierarchy. And the "Probation period" field is not supported. You need to customize it.
