My requirement is passing GUID to portal URL and updating the value after the Update button click i need to redirect it to same page with updated values

After Update Button click the page is not showing the updated values. But in CRM the record gets updated. After refreshing the portal page, i can see the updated values.

I should see after redirecting to that page

I have used CRM form in portal with below code and passing the GUID on page load for testing

If I add OnItemUpdated also it is giving error.
