None of our F&O users are able to see excel D365 sign-in pop ups.

We have a team who does a lot of F&O day-day, specially work on Ledger Journal using Excel and publish them to F&O. No one is seeing the D365 sign-ins in Excel (when working in production). They were able to sign-in without any issue 2/3 weeks ago. It looks like the Dynamics 365 Excel add-in is not loading all of a sudden. We are not sure what has changed.

I do not see a way to install Dynamics 365 add in to be installed as its blocked in our Excel

We are not sure what has changed. Office integration configuration has been attached. I wonder what affected this functionality which was working 2/3 weeks ago.

Your users need to re-enable the Dynamics 365 Add-in in Excel; screenshot below:

Thank you @olaola for providing input. We have a policy in our firm that blocks us installing add-in from office store directly in Excel. I reviewed the office configuration and its pointing to Office store. I will try to get the add-in installed again. However, I wonder what would have raised this issue as it working before. Any comments would be helpful.

It is not completely clear what specific issue your users are experiencing, but there have been issues with timeouts recently.

Hi @Anton Venter, @NikolajSorensen and @olaola.
Thank you for taking time in providing your valuable input. We identified that there was a change in M365 policies that blocked users from downloading add-ins as we use office store for D365 add-in.
We added users affected in our org to an AD group that excludes them from this policy and it started working.
