We now have just under 300 knowledge items published on our CRM, 200 are external published to the portal.
Because different colleagues have done the publications, not every knowledge item has ended up in the correct Content Access Levels or category. We want to check this by creating a view with the knowledge item number, title, Content Access Levels and category. But. we don't get the fields mentioned in a view.
How do you check the knowledge items for correct Content Access Levels or categories?
How do we easily get the information of the fields mentioned in a view?
Thank You!
Hi MrMister70,
The Kb article and Content Access Levels is N:N relationship; The Kb article and category is N:N relationship.
One KB article can have multiple categories and Content Access Levels, so you can't add fields from these two entities into the kb article view.
Because you only can get fields from parent entity(N:1 relationship with other entities).
