How to send Email activation code to the customer ?

I would like to send an email from Microsoft Dynamics CRM with the content extracted from eg excel file. The process would look like this. The customer submits the order for the product X, then the customer reaches the dynamic marketing list (according to the query), then the product code is activated and sent to the customer. A code that has not already been used by another Customer.
