Can I find source word such as "Chart of Accounts" in the "Base Application.xlf" file directly?

Hi expert!

I would like to modify UI WORD, so how can I find source word such as "Chart of Accounts" in the "Base Application.xlf" file directly?
You know we find a lot of "Chart of Accounts" words in that file. Can I detect specific "Chart of Accounts" word by some kind of ID?
