I'm trying to use the OData endpoint from my application. I'm using OData because I need access to entities that are not available in CDS at this time. I have trouble with registering the application with Talent and am unable to authenticate my application.

I've followed the instructions on that page and that works out until I get to the part under "Register your external application in Finance and Operations". Here it says "In Finance and Operations, go to "System administration > Setup > Azure Active Directory applications". The problem is in Talent there is no such menu, or at least I cannot find in. I've tried to figure out how to get there by looking in FinOps, it goes to a page named "SysAADClientTable". If I open that page in Talent I get an Access Denied message.
So my question is how can I register my Azure Application in Talent so that I can authenticate that application against Talent?
