Greetings! I'm trying to determine the capacity for a power virtual agent and am not finding much material on this topic. My main question is:
1. Can a PVA interlink with scheduling an appointment in a portal and document in the model driven app? For example a client wants to schedule an appointment. If the bot provides times for different days of availability for an appointment, can the client select one? The PVA would need to be able to access an available appointment schedule and then be able to put the appointment onto a schedule board in Field Services.
Thank you for any direction you can provide!
, this is certainly possible, but it is quite an advanced use case as you would need to connect PVA to the self-service scheduling capability in D365 FS (which is still in preview with no published GA date) thrrought the portal. So a fair amount of plumbing required. Not something you can build and test in an afternoon. The bot wouldn't actually be creating the appointment though, it would just be executing the self-service creation on behalf of the customer through the portal.
