I am trying to copy Agreements using the out-of-the-box 'Copy Agreement' functionality and am getting generic sql error. See screen shot below.
Does anyone know how to troubleshoot or resolve this?
Thanks!

Finally heard back from Microsoft Support.
Apparently this is a known issue/bug and it will be fixed in a future update however they can't give me a date or update version number.
Will continue to post updates here as I receive them.
Bumping up.
Microsoft Support are not responding to my service request so bumping this up in case anyone else has come across the issue.
I have raised a service request with Microsoft to help with this. Will post any updates here.

Hi,
1. Are you the system administrator for Dynamics 365?
2. Does this issue happen with all the Agreements?
3. Have you cleaned the web browser cache and try again?
4.. Do you use Dynamics 365 Online or Dynamics 365 On-premises?
If you are using Dynamics 365 On-premises, you could try to restart CRM DB , application and async server .
Once restart server go to application server and restart all Dynamics 365 related services by going to Windows services using services.msc.
Also restart the Microsoft SQL server services in your database server.
Clear all cache , cookie from server.
Hope it makes sense.
BR,
Judy
